Ms. Montgomery serves as JBH Human Resources Manager overseeing benefits for over 100 administrative employees across New Mexico and Arizona. Tamara conducts all New Hire Orientations for administrative personnel and sustains HR support throughout employment. She directs compliance with all HR Polices and Procedures as well as federal and local employment regulations. Additionally, Tamara works with the JBH Management team to recruit personnel as required to support projects throughout five area offices while also promoting pro-active health and well-being initiatives for all employees.
