Mr. Elston serves as a Project Manager for the company’s Rio Rancho, NM office primarily working in the semi-conductor industry. He manages project activities to ensure complete contract compliance and customer satisfaction inclusive of project safety, quality, budget and schedule goals. Mr. Elston serves as leader to all project personnel inclusive of subcontractors to ensure the JBH core values of safety, quality, honesty, and integrity are upheld for every project performed. He holds a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
