He holds a BS in Business from The University of New Mexico plus degrees in Construction Management and Semiconductor Manufacturing.

Taylor Cardon, PMP

Mr. Cardon, PMP serves as a Project Manager for the company’s Northern New Mexico operations inclusive of work in the federal and local government construction markets. Mr. Cardon oversees management of activities to ensure complete contract compliance and customer satisfaction inclusive of project safety, quality, budget and schedule goals. With over 25 years of experience, he oversees management of activities to ensure complete contract compliance and customer satisfaction inclusive of project safety, quality, budget and schedule goals. John Lerch

Albuquerque, New Mexico

John Lerch serves as a Project Manager for the company’s Albuquerque operations exclusively supporting federal construction projects. Christopher Steffen

Special Projects Manager

Mr. Steffen is an accomplished Project Manager with over 20 years of experience leading construction engineering, quality, financial, safety and contract management in the nuclear, scientific laboratory, industrial, commercial, and residential construction markets. In addition to his direct project management experience, Christopher brings extensive strategic planning, central operations management, and business process engineering experience to the JBH team. He holds a BS in Construction Management with an emphasis on Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico.

Michael Willett
