Superintendent (Sheet Metal) – Job Location: Albuquerque, NM

 General Summary:

Responsible to work with the field and project managers. Develop customer relationships and provide project estimating. Provide guidance and coordinate site supervision and area field activities of potential multiple trade groups related to project status, schedule, resources, and safety. Accountable to ensure complete internal and external customer satisfaction. The superintendent is responsible to determine resource allocations as required to ensure overall construction schedules, specifications, and budget requirements are achieved.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years construction trade experience
  • Minimum 5 years field supervisory experience is required
  • Estimating experience required
  • Working knowledge of construction disciplines and union agreements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to obtain DOE “L” Clearance
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking, leadership and decision-making ability

Project Manager II – Job Location: Albuquerque, NM

 General Summary:

Responsible for the overall management of the project life cycle including all activities such as contract negotiations and execution through final invoicing and project post construction activities. The project management activities also include providing information and ongoing communication to direct reports, Estimators, internal and external customers, and other team members, as the project warrants. Accountable to discuss estimating related issues with the Estimating Manager or the trade Estimator (if applicable at the JBH area office). This applies throughout the project life cycle, including pre-bid and post-bid. May perform mentorship activities for project support personnel at the direction of the Area or Site Manager.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years Project Manager experience in the construction industry. Some credit may be given towards the 5 years Project Manager experience for equivalent education (college or vocational school courses) in the construction or engineering field
  • Minimum 3 years construction trade experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Highlight):

  • Ability to obtain DOE “L” Clearance

  • Ability to generate and modify cost loaded progress schedules
  • Extensive knowledge of job costing/budgeting/invoicing

Estimator – Job Location: Chandler, AZ

The Project Estimator / Engineer works to enable the project team success throughout the project life cycle from the bidding or pricing phase through project closeout. The primary emphasis of this position is to provide estimating support to the project teams as well as the lead estimator for the area.  The Project Estimator/Engineer will also work with the project team to provide other support as required.

 

Project Coordinator – Job Location: Chandler, AZ

Working under the mentorship of a Project Manager the Project Coordinator is responsible for the identified aspects of the project life cycle including assisting with the coordination of activities including project documentation and maintenance through final invoicing and post-construction activities.

 

Project Manager I – Job Location: Chandler, AZ

Works under the leadership and mentorship of the Area Manager or Project Manager. The Project Manager I is responsible for identified aspects of the project life cycle including coordination of activities such as project budget, schedule, purchasing, submittals, invoicing, and post-construction activities. Project management responsibility includes identified aspects of larger scale projects and overall management of smaller scale project life cycles from pre-construction through execution and post construction activities.

 

IT Help Desk Assistant – Job Location: Chandler, AZ

The Information Technology (IT) Assistant is responsible for day-to-day desktop support and helpdesk operation, as well as deployment and troubleshooting of all in-house software and equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and desk and mobile phones) for multiple company locations.

Education and Experience

  • 2-3 years of help desk experience in a Windows network computer environment
  • 2 years’ experience working with Microsoft Windows Server 2012 or newer
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associates degree or IT certifications preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Good working knowledge of IT networks and systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent ability to analyze, research and solve simple to difficult hardware/software issues

EH&S Representative – Job Location: Rio Rancho, NM

The Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Representative is responsible for the implementation and administration of the corporate safety program at the job-site/area, trend analysis and all reporting activities.  Ensure the behavior of the crew is in accordance with company safety culture.  Understands the lagging and leading safety indicators and promotes a philosophy that achieves established goals.  Identification of job site/area specific safety requirements, safety equipment, material procurement, training requirements and tracking of training.

Education and Experience:

  • Five years previous construction safety experience required
  • Previous semiconductor/clean room experience strongly preferred
  • Current OSHA 500 Certification (Train the Trainer course) strongly preferred
  • Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some background in Industrial Hygiene highly desirable

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work a 60/60/50 schedule
  • Ability to recognize and correct safety-related hazards and targeted safety trends
  • Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interpret and apply OSHA standards
  • Proficient in MS Windows/Office programs
  • Ability to work long hours and travel
  • Working knowledge of construction practices
  • Ability to work as a team member

The Project Manager II will work under the leadership of the Area Manager. Accountable to discuss estimating related issues with the Estimating Director or the trade Estimator (if applicable at the JBH area office). This applies throughout the project life cycle, including pre-bid and post-bid.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years Project Manager experience in the construction industry
  • Previous construction trade experience preferred
  • Mechanical experience highly preferred

  • Advanced Project Management
