Office Coordinator – Job Location: Chandler, AZ

Responsible for attending to area office support needs and activities. Work with project teams to accurately and timely initiate, submit, track, report and maintain project permits, Work Plans, and Site Incident Prevention Plans (SIPPS). Responsible for timely site postings, as needed to notify Intel of site activities. Training provided for any of above needed.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 year of administrative experience required
  • Minimum 1-year customer service required
  • Minimum 1-year construction industry experience preferred

Project Manager I – Job Location: Manassas, VA

Working under the leadership and mentorship of the Area Manager or Project Manager, the Project Manager I/Engineer is responsible for identified aspects of the project life cycle including coordination of activities such as project budget, schedule, purchasing, submittals, invoicing, and post-construction activities. Project management responsibility includes identified aspects of larger scale projects and overall management of smaller scale project life cycles from pre-construction through execution and post construction activities.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 1 – 3 years project management or project coordination experience in the construction industry. Some credit may be given towards the previous project management experience for equivalent education (college or vocational school courses) in the construction or engineering field.
  • Semiconductor experience strongly preferred
  • 1 year of construction trade experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Highlight)

  • Project coordination or project management
  • Ability or eventual ability to generate and modify cost loaded progress schedules
  • Knowledge or eventual knowledge of job costing/budgeting/invoicing

EH&S Representative – Job Location: Manassas, VA

The Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Representative is responsible for the implementation and administration of the corporate safety program at the job-site/area, trend analysis and all reporting activities. Ensure the behavior of the crew is in accordance with company safety culture. Understands the lagging and leading safety indicators and promotes a philosophy that achieves established goals. Identification of job site/area specific safety requirements, safety equipment, material procurement, training requirements and tracking of training.

Education and Experience:

  • Previous construction safety experience or commensurate knowledge in Code of Federal Regulations (CFR 1926) required
  • Previous semiconductor/clean room experience strongly preferred
  • Current OSHA 500 Certification (Train the Trainer course) strongly preferred
  • Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some background in Industrial Hygiene highly desirable

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to recognize and correct safety-related hazards and targeted safety trends
  • Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interpret and apply OSHA standards
  • Proficient in MS Windows/Office programs

Project Manager II – Job Location: Manassas, VA

Responsible for the overall management of the project life cycle including all activities such as contract negotiations and execution through final invoicing and project post construction activities. The project management activities also include providing information and ongoing communication to direct reports, Estimators, internal and external customers, and other team members, as the project warrants. Accountable to discuss estimating related issues with the Estimating Manager or the trade Estimator (if applicable at the JBH area office). This applies throughout the project life cycle, including pre-bid and post-bid. May perform mentorship activities for project support personnel at the direction of the Area or Site Manager.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years Project Manager experience in the construction industry. Some credit may be given towards the 5 years Project Manager experience for equivalent education (college or vocational school courses) in the construction or engineering field
  • Previous piping experience in a semiconductor experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years construction trade experience preferred

  • Ability to obtain badge clearance
  • Advanced Project Management
  • Ability to generate and modify cost loaded progress schedules
  • Extensive knowledge of job costing/budgeting/invoicing
