IT Help Desk Assistant – Job Location: Chandler, AZ

The Information Technology (IT) Assistant is responsible for day-to-day desktop support and helpdesk operation, as well as deployment and troubleshooting of all in-house software and equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and desk and mobile phones) for multiple company locations.

Education and Experience

2-3 years of help desk experience in a Windows network computer environment
2 years’ experience working with Microsoft Windows Server 2012 or newer
High school diploma or GED required
Associates degree or IT certifications preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good working knowledge of IT networks and systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
Ability to multitask
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent ability to analyze, research and solve simple to difficult hardware/software issues
Excellent ability to work under time pressure

Area Superintendent – Chandler, AZ

The Area Superintendent is responsible to provide guidance on commercial projects and coordinate site supervision and area field activities of potential multiple trade groups related to project status, schedule, resources, and safety. Accountable to ensure complete internal and external customer satisfaction. The Area Superintendent is responsible to determine resource allocations as required to ensure overall construction schedules, specifications, and budget requirements are achieved.

Education and Experience:

Minimum 7 years construction trade experience preferably in commercial plumbing. Minimum 5 years field supervisory experience is required along with working knowledge of construction disciplines and union agreements.

 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to work 50 hour workweeks. Strong organizational, multi-talking, leadership and decision-making ability. Ability to supervise and evaluate employee performance. Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications and progress schedules. Working knowledge of OSHA requirements. Intimate knowledge of job costing and budgeting. Construction contract knowledge. Ability to work well and positively influence others. Ability to develop teams. Effective communication skills.

 

EH&S Representative – Job Location: Rio Rancho, NM

The Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Representative is responsible for the implementation and administration of the corporate safety program at the job-site/area, trend analysis and all reporting activities.  Ensure the behavior of the crew is in accordance with company safety culture.  Understands the lagging and leading safety indicators and promotes a philosophy that achieves established goals.  Identification of job site/area specific safety requirements, safety equipment, material procurement, training requirements and tracking of training.

Education and Experience:

  • Five years previous construction safety experience required
  • Previous semiconductor/clean room experience strongly preferred
  • Current OSHA 500 Certification (Train the Trainer course) strongly preferred
  • Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some background in Industrial Hygiene highly desirable

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work a 60/60/50 schedule
  • Ability to recognize and correct safety-related hazards and targeted safety trends
  • Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interpret and apply OSHA standards
  • Proficient in MS Windows/Office programs
  • Ability to work long hours and travel
  • Working knowledge of construction practices

Project Manager II – Los Alamos, NM

The Project Manager II will work under the leadership of the Area Manager. Responsible for the overall management of the project life cycle including all activities such as contract negotiations and execution through final invoicing and project post construction activities. The project management activities also include providing information and ongoing communication to direct reports, Estimators, internal and external customers, and other team members, as the project warrants. Accountable to discuss estimating related issues with the Estimating Director or the trade Estimator (if applicable at the JBH area office). This applies throughout the project life cycle, including pre-bid and post-bid.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years Project Manager experience in the construction industry
  • Previous construction trade experience preferred
  • Mechanical experience highly preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced Project Management
  • Ability to generate and modify progress schedules
  • Construction contract process expertise
  • Extensive knowledge of job costing/budgeting
  • Proven ability to accurately interpret contracts
  • Ability to interpret all trades specifications and plans
  • Advanced estimating capability in all trades for change order generation
  • Knowledge of construction methods and local permit practices
  • “Common sense” construction practice knowledge
