Project Manager II - Job Location: Arizona

Project Manager II responsible for managing identified aspects of the project life cycle including coordination of activities such as project budget, schedule generation, purchasing and maintenance through final invoicing and post-construction activities. 

Education and Experience:

EH&S Representative - Job Locations: Albuquerque, NM and Chandler, AZ

(Openings at Both Locations) 

The Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Representative is responsible for the implementation and administration of the corporate safety program at the job-site/area, trend analysis and all reporting activities.  Ensure the behavior of the crew is in accordance with company safety culture.  Understands the lagging and leading safety indicators and promotes a philosophy that achieves established goals.  Identification of job site/area specific safety requirements, safety equipment, material procurement, training requirements and tracking of training.

Education and Experience:

  • Previous construction safety experience or commensurate knowledge in Code of Federal Regulations (CFR 1926) required
  • Chandler, AZ Safety:  Previous semiconductor/clean room experience strongly preferred
  • Current OSHA 500 Certification (Train the Trainer course) strongly preferred
  • Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some background in Industrial Hygiene highly desirable

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to recognize and correct safety-related hazards and targeted safety trends
  • Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interpret and apply OSHA standards
  • Proficient in MS Windows/Office programs
  • Ability to work long hours and travel

T&E Expeditor - Job Location: Chandler, AZ  

The Tools & Equipment (T&E) Expeditor will work under the leadership and mentorship of the Site T&E Manager.  The Expeditor is accountable for the functions associated with receiving and dispatch of documentation, tools, equipment and material.  Duties include:  driving and/or coordinating the routing of deliveries, staging material for pick-up, receiving deliveries for distribution, inspection of incoming tools for replacement, transporting tools, equipment and material to all company sites, maintain fleet documentation and purchasing of items requested by the field.    

 

Education and Experience:

  •        2 year’s fleet, equipment rental or resource management experience
  •        Valid driver’s license
  •        Must have good driving record and be insurable by company insurance carrier
  •        Must be able to pass background check for badging purposes at secure facilities
  •        Equipment, auto or small engine repair experience preferred
  •        High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Material Manager – Job Location: Chandler, AZ

The Material Manager will plan, organize and direct department materials management activities including personnel administration and oversee some but not all the following:

  • Kitting of material for projects/tools
  • Facilitating and staging materials for fabrication (prep for welders, etc.)
  • Accepting of deliveries
  • Sending out fabrication/materials/equipment to jobsites
  • Managing staff of jobbers
  • Manages strategic inventory
  • Communication point person for field leaders on inquiries for material

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED diploma
  • Previous progressive experience in material control or warehousing required
  • Advanced knowledge of construction requirements, quality control regulations, and vendor storage requirements essential
